Both founders Corina Blechschmidt and Katja Laemers look back at a long-standing teaching career in the area of German as a foreign language at the Heinrich Heine University Duesseldorf. They have made it their goal to offer a high-quality linguistic education in their institute, enabling the pupils to qualify for university quickly and at resonable prices.

In addition, IDaFs purpose is to provide a neutral cultural background to make orientation and integration in your new host country easier. In cooperation with the General Students' Committee (AStA) at Heinrich Heine university we offer a variety of sport and leisure activities.

IDaFs teaching team consists exclusively of native speakers and lecturers with teaching and research experiences at universities and colleges here and abroad. After the admission to a German university we are continuously commited to our pupils until university commencement with continuing education courses and training on the side.

In the name of the whole IDaF team, our greatest wish is to suppport our pupils on their way to studying at a German University and we are pleased with every success!
